Adults

Practical help and a reason to come out

Adult services cover money, housing, language, work, and the ordinary weekly groups that stop people being isolated.

Advice

Free, confidential information and advice on benefits, housing, and debt. In 2024–25 the impact report recorded £102,098 of increased income claimed for clients, and longer appointments as the cost of living made cases more complex. Family support has included foodbank, clothing, and white-goods help alongside other local charities.

Learning and work

ESOL classes run with partner ELATT. ReWork offered 1:1 employment coaching and short workshops using the Skills Builder framework. 43 women attended ESOL classes in the impact year.

Weekly life

The social club offers tea, games, crafts, and IT support. There is a singalong for over 60s, a sewing course, dancing for wellbeing, and a peri and menopause workshop series. The Bloom programme is a six-week course published on the official timetable. 329 adults attended a physical, creative, or wellbeing course in 2024–25.
