Equality, diversity and inclusion
The policy applies to staff, volunteers, trustees, service users, and the public, and commits EASE to equality of opportunity and to eliminating discrimination.
Complaints, comments and compliments
EASE asks clients, partners, and visitors to say when something is wrong, and uses that to improve services.
Whistleblowing
People can raise concerns about malpractice without fear of reprisal. Concerns are taken seriously and the charity explains how it will respond.
