A confidential, safe, and non-judgmental space for adults facing emotional, relational, or situational change.
What you can ask for
One-to-one coaching with a qualified professional, plus group support. The official project page offers up to 10 free sessions of 50 minutes, by phone, online, or in person. Some partner listings describe up to 16 sessions. EASE will confirm what is available when you are referred. The project is for people aged 18 and over, focused on Ealing and especially north Hanwell.
How to be referred
EASE accepts self-referrals and referrals from professionals and agencies. In 2024–25, 33 adults received counselling through Refresh, and the report said 94% were extremely happy with the service. This demonstration form stores your message on the LiveUXI site. For a real referral, call 020 8575 6139 or email administrator@empowering-action.org.uk.
Volunteers
Volunteers help welcome people into peer support groups alongside the Refresh coach. EASE has offered training, including access to counselling diploma routes, and references for future study or work.
